Stuart Bradshaw is general counsel for global innovation for Nufarm Ltd, a crop protection multinational headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, including Nuseed (home of Omega-3 Canola). He negotiated the IP licensing and transfer for Nufarm’s $1.2bn divestment and several acquisitions up to $700m, and collaborations with private and public research partners worldwide. He manages a global portfolio of several thousand IP assets, and designed and manages the brand development, innovation capture, patent strategy and freedom-to-operate policies and procedures for the Group. He is experienced in the pharmaceutical, chemical, agricultural and life-science fields, and the challenges of multi-party collaborations in R&D.
