Dr Dean Moss is the chief executive officer of UniQuest Pty Limited, the commercialisation company of The University of Queensland and an adjunct professor in the office of the deputy vice chancellor (research and innovation). Dean is an alumnus of The University of Queensland with a PhD from the Department of Medicine and has been with UniQuest for 21 years. He member of the Industry, philanthropy and commercialisation committee of the NHMRC-MRFF and chairs the innovation and commercialisation group of the group of eight universities. He has served on the investment committees of Uniseed, the medical research commercialisation fund of brandon biocatalyst and the New Zealand government’s KiwiNet and currently serves on the investment committee of the $44m UniQuest Extension Fund. He is a Board Director of AusBiotech and several biotechnology companies.
