Craig Chester is a senior professional at 20 Degrees Pty Ltd, the commercial arm of Apple & Pear Australia Limited, where they are responsible for maximising returns for international partners through licensing, marketing, quality management and the global development of premium intellectual property brands, including Pink Lady®. He also serves as company manager of Pink Lady Development Ltd., supporting the brand's international expansion across Asia, the Gulf, South America and Canada. In his role, Craig works closely with stakeholders across the horticultural supply chain, building strategic partnerships with growers, exporters, wholesalers and retailers to enhance the value of Australian intellectual property assets in global markets. Prior to joining 20 Degrees, Craig held leadership positions at Fairtrade Australia & New Zealand, where they focused on creating value through certified commercial partnerships. They have also held a variety of marketing and sales roles across the Australian food and beverage sector.
