Stuart Bradshaw is the former General Counsel for Innovation at Nufarm, a Melbourne-based ASX-listed agricultural generic with nine innovation centres and 11 manufacturing sites worldwide, and is now Principal of Bradshaw Associates. He has over 15 years' experience in senior stakeholder engagement, intellectual property, research, commercialisation and legal risk governance in science-led organisations, notably health and life sciences, biotech and agriculture. A respected negotiator, educator and business partner across complex global operations and collaborations, he has negotiated technology transfers in divestments valued at up to $1.2 billion and acquisitions worth up to $700 million.
