Simon Rupert Dischl studied Physics and Management at Ulm University from 2015 to 2018, focusing on technology and process management. He then pursued a master’s degree in physics at Heidelberg University, specializing in hydrology and environmental physics. His research focused on the analysis of hydrospheric tracers and groundwater flows in Estonia and the Baltic Sea. He earned his M.Sc. in 2021. Between and alongside his degree programs, Mr. Dischl gained experience in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH WPG in Frankfurt am Main. After completing his training as a German Patent Attorney at Müller-Boré & Partner, an internationally oriented law firm in Munich, Mr. Dischl joined Vitesco Technologies GmbH as an in-house Patent Attorney (Syndikuspatentanwalt). He handles patent matters relating to digital and energy solutions, with a particular focus on AI-related inventions. As an Aircraft Mechanic trained by the Germ an Air Force, he also brings hands-on mechanical expertise to his practice.
