Katharina Pehle is a partner in Bird & Bird’s international Intellectual Property Group based in Munich. She advises across the whole spectrum of patent and IP law, with a focus on patent litigation, and is a member of the firm’s Technology & Communications and Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector Groups. Katharina advises and represents German and international clients before the German patent infringement courts and the Unified Patent Court. She has in-depth experience in international patent disputes. Her sectors include automotive, telecommunications, electronics, engineering and medical devices. She also advises on opposition and nullity proceedings, contract matters and licensing issues.
