She is a senior intellectual property engineer and a patent agent. Gao Rui is licensed and qualified to practice law in China. It is worth mentioning that she is also a member of China Mobile's "Ten-Hundred-Thousand Talents Program”. As an expert in the field of intellectual property, Gao Rui holds important positions in various institutions. She serves as a people's juror of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court. And she has been included in the expert database by multiple organisations, such as National Guidance Center for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response, and China Institute of Communications. Gao Rui has extensive experience in standards and has participated in drafting multiple national standards and group standards. She also has practical experience in patent licensing and litigation. Specifically, she has led the handling of several domestic and international patent infringement lawsuits, and has been involved in many major patent transfer, licensing projects as well as international patent pool projects.
