Faiz Rahman is vice president at Infosys, a global software services company operating in more than 50 countries. With approximately 24 years of experience in intellectual property, Faiz oversees a patent portfolio of more than 1,000 patents, primarily focused on artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. Responsibilities also include managing the company’s trademark portfolio, open-source compliance, M&A due diligence, and intellectual property reviews of commercial contracts. In addition to overseeing Infosys’ IP portfolio, Faiz manages AI-related contracting matters with customers and major AI partners, while also supporting compliance with evolving artificial intelligence regulations and laws.
