Hao-Chin (Frank) Jeng is the chief legal officer of Maxeon Solar Technologies (NASDAQ: MAXN), a global leader in solar innovation. He oversees the company’s worldwide legal, IP, compliance, board governance, and ESG functions, playing a key role in shaping its cross-border strategy. Frank brings extensive experience across U.S. and Asian markets, having advised on securities offerings, M&A, antitrust matters, and high-stakes IP litigation and licensing. Before joining Maxeon, he was Vice President at Purplevine IP Group, where he built and led its global IP litigation and licensing practice. Previously, he was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Hong Kong and Chicago. Frank is admitted in New York and Hong Kong, and holds J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and BBA and LLB degrees from National Taiwan University.
