Since joining OPPO in 2018, he has been deeply involved in the IP field, holding successive roles as IP project manager, IP attorney, and patent licensing manager. In the area of patent licensing, he has led negotiations with a diverse range of patent holders and has successfully concluded multiple patent license or cross-license agreements, creating significant IP value for the company. In patent monetisation, he has overseen various projects that have contributed to a steady growth in the company's outbound licensing revenue. In patent litigation, he has managed several overseas cases, effectively resolving legal risks and ensuring the company's sound operation. Connor Wen holds a bachelor of law and a master of law.
