Mr Guangzhen Shang is a partner of LeanWill Law Firm, specialising in trade secret and patent litigation, trademark and brand protection, and other intellectual property dispute resolution and consultation matters. As a Chinese lawyer and patent agent, Mr Shang has represented numerous leading domestic and international companies across industries including pharmaceuticals, chemistry, machinery, communications, and fast-moving consumer goods in complex IP matters, such as patent infringement litigation, trade secrets protection, and brand protection. Some of the cases he has handled have been selected as representative cases by the Supreme People's Court and related intellectual property courts/tribunals. Before joining LeanWill, Mr Shang practiced at the joint operation office of a leading international law firm and a renowned domestic law firm respectively.
