Bing Zhou serves as the intellectual property manager for Asia at the Saint-Gobain Group. His primary responsibility is to lead the Asia IP team in implementing Saint-Gobain’s global intellectual property policies and management system across the region, while supporting the intellectual property needs of the Group’s various business units in Asia. His work covers a wide range of intellectual property activities across China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and other Asian countries. These activities include fostering innovation, patent mining, trade secret protection, patent filing and prosecution, patent portfolio management, patent and trade secret licensing, intellectual property contract review, freedom-to-operate (FTO) investigations, patent infringement analyses, and the handling of intellectual property disputes.
