Dr Donna Huang is the director of arbitration and ADR for North Asia at ICC Dispute Resolution Services. She leads ICC’s North Asia team and oversees ICC dispute resolution activities and strategic engagement initiatives across major Asian economies. In this capacity, she works closely with governments, companies, law firms, arbitrators and other stakeholders to promote international arbitration and ADR. Before joining ICC, Donna was a law professor in China and a consultant with a boutique law firm in Shanghai. She is a frequent speaker on international arbitration and ADR and regularly contributes articles and commentaries to leading legal and business publications across Asia and Europe.
