With more than 20 years of senior management experience at global Fortune 500 companies, Dr Gan brings a broad perspective to the intersection of business, technology, law, and innovation. During his career, he has held leadership and advisory roles with numerous multinational companies, including Motorola, Alcatel, and Technicolor. Dr Gan is widely recognised as a respected intellectual property expert and dealmaker, with significant influence across China and the broader global IP industry. Through his leadership, Dr Gan continues to help shape constructive dialogue within the industry globally. Dr Gan holds a PhD in law from East China University of Political Science and Law, as well as an MBA from the University of Toronto.
