He has deep expertise in IP portfolio management, IP legal strategy and cross-border IP dispute resolution. His legal and computer science background enables him to navigate the intersection of innovation and regulation with precision. He is a qualified lawyer and patent attorney in China. He was named to the 5th ‘40 China Corporate IP Elites Under 40 in 2023’ (“U40”) by IPR Daily in 2023. He was elected as one of the first batch of experts in Shanghai to guide the response to overseas IP disputes by Shanghai IP Protection Center in 2022.
