Gao Liang is currently the director of the Beijing Branch, intellectual property department Huawei. Mr Gao joined Huawei in 2015 and has since held roles involving patent invalidation and litigation in China, serving as director of European litigation disputes and later as director of disputes for the consumer business group. Mr Gao has extensive experience in global SEP litigation and licensing at Huawei. Before joining Huawei, Mr Gao worked for nine years at the Patent Reexamination Board of the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
