Joshua Hartman is an experienced IP litigator at Merchant & Gould’s Northern Virginia office and leads the firm’s practice before the U.S. International Trade Commission. He specializes in IP and unfair competition litigation before the ITC and U.S. district courts, with particular focus on patent and trade secret disputes. In addition, Josh has litigated issues at the intersection of IP, competition, and international trade law, and his experience encompasses matters before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice Antitrust Division. Josh has extensive experience in IP disputes in the automotive industry, including matters related to the automotive supply chain involving semiconductors, lithium-ion batteries, navigation systems, and lighting.
