Kyle Vallecillo is Senior IP Counsel at LG Energy Solution, the largest EV battery manufacturer in North America. Mr. Vallecillo plays a key role in protecting the company’s critical IP assets through patent prosecution, acquisition, licensing, litigation, and trade secret enforcement across its eight North American manufacturing plants. He also helps shape the company’s IP policy efforts by engaging with regulators and policymakers to support strategic objectives. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Vallecillo serves as a MAJOR in the U.S. Air Force.
