Robert T Braun is chief executive officer of Digitalage, a media-infrastructure company keeping creator identity, provenance, permissions and commercial terms attached to content through distribution and monetisation. He leads commercialisation, enterprise licensing and partnerships. Mr Braun brings over 20 years of intellectual-property licensing experience, with programs generating more than $2 billion in patent-licensing revenue, negotiating with Apple, Samsung, Huawei and HP. During nearly 12 years at Nokia, he was head of patent licensing, US and Americas, directing strategy across the Americas and parts of Asia and growing royalty revenue by over $50 million annually. He held licensing roles at Microsoft and Intellectual Ventures and spent 17 years at Discovision Associates as vice president of licensing and managing attorney.
