Diane Fiddle is general counsel of Qloo, a venture-backed AI company, where she leads legal, compliance, and AI governance strategy. An executive legal leader, Diane is a litigator, IP practitioner and corporate counsel, with a certified information privacy professional (CIPP-US) and expertise as a compliance officer. She was trained at Fross, Zelnick, and has held senior in-house roles across her career. With more than 30 years of legal experience, she has guided global and high-growth companies through department and asset building, complex transactions, regulatory change, and successfully addressing enterprise risk. At Corsearch, a private equity-backed SaaS company, Diane built and led legal and compliance operations across 25 countries. At Diageo, she led the intellectual property clearance and prosecution function and, earlier, founded a legal advisory firm serving Fortune 500 clients, including CBS, Johnson & Johnson, and Honeywell. A career director, corporate secretary and private company board member, Diane advises boards and executives on AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, intellectual property, litigation, and M&A. She is an elected JCC board member and a global speaker on AI and data governance. She has a B.A. from University of Michigan and Oxford University, JD from Emory University Law School and attended Fordham University for a LLM in Intellectual Property.
