Justin Wilcox is a partner at Desmarais LLP who represents clients in high-stakes patent, trade secret, antitrust, and technology contract disputes. He has successfully litigated in federal district courts, the Federal Circuit, and international tribunals, with significant experience leading multi-jurisdictional patent litigation campaigns across a range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, internet communications, semiconductors, fintech, and medical devices. Justin simplifies complex technical issues and delivers results at every stage of litigation: from pretrial strategy through trial and appeal. His representations have included landmark settlements exceeding $1 billion, complete summary judgment victories affirmed on appeal, and exceptional case fee awards. In addition to litigation, Justin negotiates licenses and counsels clients on strategic IP and antitrust matters. Before his legal career, he served as a U.S. Army Captain and combat engineer officer and remains active in veterans pro bono work through the Federal Circuit and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
