Collette is responsible for driving Nokia's regulatory strategy and engaging with decision and policymakers globally to promote and protect the value of Nokia’s intellectual property. She has extensive experience of providing strategic advice and guidance on regulatory and policy matters in the EU, Asia and the US, especially concerning IP licensing in the technology and media sectors, standard essential patents, FRAND disputes, and patent pools. Before joining Nokia in 2021, Collette spent 15 years in private practice in London and Brussels and was involved in some of the leading cases concerning the intersection of IP and competition law. Previously, Collette was Senior Référendaire at the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal.
