He is an English Solicitor and UPC Representative and has considerable experience complex, high-value patent litigation in the telecommunications and technology sectors, with particular experience in multi-jurisdictional strategies and high-value enforcement. James has acted as lead partner in landmark cases. After a degree in Mathematics and Physics, James qualified as a lawyer, first at the Bar of England and Wales and later as one of the first solicitor advocates in IP.
