Eva Chiang is the senior licensing manager for the IP team at vivo Mobile Communication Co. Ltd. She is directly involved in patent licensing negotiations with some of the world’s most prominent companies. Over the past few years, she has successfully closed numerous sophisticated and strategic licensing deals for vivo. Ms. Chiang also has extensive experience managing international patent litigation across multiple jurisdictions litigations. With more than 10 years specialized expertise in SEP licensing and FRAND disputes, she provides critical in-house risk assessment and strategic direction. Ms. Chiang holds an LL.M. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
