Gaby Li serves as IP legal counsel at TCL Industrial Holding Co., LTD. Since joining TCL, Ms. Li has focused on the company’s global patent litigation, patent licensing, and trade secret compliance. Ms. Li holds a degree in automation engineering and a Master of Laws degree in IP Law. Her cases have covered standard technologies including Wireless Communications and Audio/Video codecs, as well as non-standard technologies such as backlight and panel technologies. Ms. Li has handled patent litigations before United States district courts, the International Trade Commission, the Unified Patent Court, the Supreme Court of China, and Indian pre-litigation mediation and patent litigation. Ms. Li has accumulated experience across multiple jurisdictions in these proceedings.
