Per Larsen is a member in Dickinson Wright’s Denver office. Per focuses on patent counseling and domestic and foreign patent prosecution in the electronic, telecommunications, and computer arts. Per’s practice centers on technically complex applications, including in the Wi-Fi network, cellular (5G-6G) communication, satellite communication, and video processing technology areas. Per has over a decade of experience in prosecution and analysis of Standards Essential Patents, and is the current Chair of the Standards and Open Source Committee of the Americal Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). Before becoming a patent attorney, Per worked as a design engineer in the areas of digital and analog circuits. During that time, he developed and tested display panel architectures and image processing techniques for liquid crystal displays. He is a named inventor on eight U.S. patents.
