Guillermo Camacho is partner and chief operating officer for Latin America at VIVANCO & VIVANCO, where he leads corporate advisory services and specialises in structuring complex regional transactions and negotiations. An accomplished legal and operational executive with more than 20 years of international experience, he has built a strong track record of aligning business strategy with sophisticated legal practice. He further strengthened his financial sector expertise through his role as a Board Director at Austrobank-Panama between 2014 and 2018. Guillermo earned his Law degree from USFQ in 2009 and completed an LL.M. in International Law at the University of Miami School of Law in 2016. His expertise spans corporate, tax and intellectual property law. Trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese and English, he leads high-stakes negotiations and advises clients across regional and global markets.
