Diego Bellini Coelho is the Legal Director at Opella Healthcare Brazil and a lawyer with approximately 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly within the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors and law firms. He is a guest lecturer on intellectual property at the RACINE Institute of Higher Education and the Institute for Social Science Studies. He also serves as a councilor on the 1st Chamber of the CONAR Ethics Council. He holds an MBA in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with specializations in Intellectual Property, Contracts, and Data Protection and Privacy. He is a member of the São Paulo Intellectual Property Association (ASPI), where he serves on the Corporate Committee. He is a co-author of the collective work titled *Digital Influencers and Their Legal Challenges – Part 2*.
