Charlie French is a partner at Bristows LLP, a specialist life sciences and technology firm. With a background in biochemistry and molecular biology, Charlie has a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. She is a qualified solicitor in the UK and Ireland, and a UPC Representative. Her practice includes patent litigation before the English Courts and UPC and coordination of multinational patent litigation, where she employs her knowledge of different legal and regulatory systems to implement strategies that take into account the global landscape. Charlie regularly publishes and speaks on UPC topics, co-hosts Bristows’ You, me and the UPC podcast and is an editor of Bristows’ annual UPC Review publication.
