Marc Lauzeral is of a partner at Schertenleib. He is a and UPC Representative and a lawyer at the Paris Bar. Marc’s practice is focused on complex cross-border patent, SPC and trade secrets disputes. Marc has extensive experience at every stage of litigation, from preliminary injunction to final hearing and appeal before the Unified Patent Court and French courts. In addition to previous experiences at international law firms, Marc was a law clerk for the intellectual property judges of the Lyon Court of First Instance. Marc studied law at the Lyon 3 University and hold an LL.M. from the Columbia Law School.
