Nancy Yu is vice president, legal counsel and licensing of Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL) China, a division of Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, Nancy is responsible for developing QTL’s China licensing strategy, engaging in licensing discussions with key clients in China, advocating IP policy, and managing business operation of QTL China. Nancy has nearly 20 years’ working experience as a legal counsel in the telecommunications and wireless industry, with rich expertise in IP license negotiations, IP policy, wireless standardization activities and industry alliance, IP litigations etc. Nancy holds a Jurist Master’s degree from Renmin University of China.
