Lasinski has more than 30 years of experience advising on the financial aspects of intellectual property, SEP/FRAND licensing, commercial disputes, valuations, economic damages, bankruptcy, tax, and corporate transactions. He has served as an expert on hundreds of matters and testified before U.S. District Courts, the ITC, the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, state courts, and arbitration panels. Mr. Lasinski has also advised creditor committees, private equity firms, venture capital investors, and Fortune 500 companies. He is the immediate Past President of LESI, a Past President of LES USA & Canada, a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, and a Certified Licensing Professional. Mr. Lasinski has lectured on intellectual property valuation for university business schools, law schools, the USPTO, and other regulatory agencies.
