Her work focuses on identifying illicit pharmaceutical activity, disrupting criminal networks, and strengthening partnerships with authorities, industry associations, and digital platforms to reduce risks to patients. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Caroline is passionate about advancing patient safety, protecting trusted healthcare brands, and promoting cross-sector collaboration to address the evolving challenges of counterfeit medicines in both physical and online environments.
