She is a senior legal executive with 18+ years of experience in multinational companies across diverse industries, particularly sports, entertainment and e-commerce. She has a proven track record of building and leading high-performance legal departments, managing complex cross-border operations across Latin America, and delivering strategic legal and compliance solutions aligned with global business objectives. She has strong experience partnering with regional legal leaders across the US, Europe and Asia to drive global consistency, standardise legal frameworks and templates, and share best practices across regions. Her expertise includes Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, Litigation, Data Privacy, Compliance and Corporate Governance. Elisa holds a Master's degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), completed a Complex Negotiations programme at Harvard University, and serves as a guest professor in the postgraduate programme in Intellectual Property Law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR).
