Registration types

As is standard IAM and WTR policy, we operate a sector quota system. Once a quota limit is reached, we will be unable to offer a place at IAM and WTR Live: Latin America IP Summit 2026 to those from the relevant sector.

IP Owner (non-operating), Non-Practicing Entity, Law Firm, Finance & Investment, Patent Aggregation and R&D/Licencing Business: The current rate to attend is $395 and is subject to availability. Registration is limited to two attendees per organisation.

IP Service Provider: The current rate to attend IAM and WTR Live: Latin America IP Summit 2026 is $795, with only 1 space per organisation available. Should more places be required, please contact Graham Day at Graham.Day@LBResearch.com.

IP Owner (operating), Government, Academia and In-House Trademark Professional: The current rate to attend is $0.

The service provider category covers a multitude of organisations including but not limited to patent brokers, analytics companies, consultancies, insurance companies and general service providers.

Cancellation Policy

IAM and WTR reserve the right to amend or cancel individual registrations where necessary. Cancellations received in writing 28 days before the event start date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50. Cancellations received after this time will receive a credit with IAM and WTR Live that can be used toward a future event. This credit must be redeemed within 1 year. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Delegates wishing to cancel their participation for any of the sessions should notify IAM at info@iam-events.com.

*If IAM and WTR cancel this event, delegates will receive a full refund on their ticket. However, IAM accepts no responsibility for travel or accommodation bookings.

Please note, IAM and WTR never sell delegate lists to third parties, if you are contacted by an organisation offering such lists, please disregard.
